Stephen McCaskell is an award-winning creative innovator and technologist who founded Anor Data to bring modern intelligence infrastructure to the nonprofit sector. Before Anor, he managed Web3 and emerging technology, including AI, at Compassion International, and held leadership roles at Ligonier Ministries and Missionary.com.
At Anor Data, he focuses on closing the data gap for nonprofits and churches, connecting the tools organizations already use, resolving identities across platforms, and surfacing what matters.
Chad Helmer
Chief Technology Officer · Co-Founder
Chad Helmer brings over twenty years of experience in web architecture, product development, and systems engineering. His career spans church plants in South Asia to some of the most-visited Christian websites in the world, including roles at the International Mission Board, Schuyler Bibles, and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
At Anor Data, he leads platform engineering and infrastructure, building the resilient, scalable systems that power intelligence for mission-driven organizations.
Michael Drew
Chief Marketing Officer · Co-Founder
Michael Drew began his career working with venture-backed technology companies, including several startups from the Techstars and Y Combinator ecosystems, and has been involved in two acquisitions. Today he applies his growth marketing and data strategy expertise to mission-driven organizations.
At Anor Data, he focuses on helping nonprofits and ministries expand their reach, deepen mission impact, and grow sustainable donor support.
